ERA Davey and Associates was established as Davey Auctioneers in 1980 by Mr. Francis J.Davey MIPAV MCEI. Francis has almost 30 years experience in the field of real estate; this includes the residential, commercial, agricultural and valuation divisions. At ERA Davey and Associates we concentrate mainly on the local residential property market as it is the most viable source of business. In 2004 the company joined ERA (Electronic Realty Association) a leading global network of residential real estate brokerages. Fran Davey Jnr. MIPAV
December 2004 saw Fran Davey Junior officially join the company. Fran has a growing knowledge of property in the Kildare, Meath and West Dublin areas, as he was associated with the family business for a number of years. He is a member of the IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers) and has vast experience in the specific areas of residential sales, lettings and valuations.
